HREVN Start — Responsible AI Kit

If you already use AI but could not defend today how it is being used, start here

Most companies already use AI. Very few can show a clear policy, a minimum training base or an orderly explanation of which tools are being used and under what limits.

This check is the entry point to HREVN Start. In under 5 minutes it tells you whether the case fits a first light layer of order, training and internal policy, or whether it would be irresponsible to sell you something too basic.

  • It detects whether policy, training, human review or minimum documentation are missing today.
  • It gives you an initial exposure level for the real use of AI.
  • It tells you whether HREVN Start fits or whether the case needs a more serious review from the beginning.

This is not a full audit. It is the right commercial filter before selling more than the case really needs.

Answer a few short questions about how your company is using AI today.

We do an honest triage first. If the case affects important decisions about people, sensitive data, regulated sectors or tools you do not understand well, we prefer to say so clearly and avoid selling a basic layer that could be too limited.
1. What kind of AI use are you mainly trying to organize? Select all that apply.
2. Can AI influence important decisions about people?
3. What data is entered, or could be entered, into the AI? Select all that apply.
4. Do you know which AI tools are used and who manages them? Select all that apply.
5. In the case of a chatbot or customer support automation, what does the system do? Select all that apply.
6. Is there a clear internal policy or guidance on AI use?
7. Do you know which AI tools are actually being used across the company?
8. Has the team received minimum training or guidance on how to use AI?
9. When AI influences something important, is it clear when a person must review it?
10. Does AI participate in processes that affect customers, candidates, employees or users?
11. Are users or affected people informed when appropriate?
12. Could you reconstruct one recent real case and explain what happened?
13. Is there any minimum documentation of the use case, responsible parties or limits?

When you finish, you can leave your email if you want information about the recommended next step.
